Biography:
YinkeDou, Professor, Ph.D. in Engineering, Doctoral Supervisor. He is a leading academic and technical expert in Shanxi Province, and a young and middle-aged top-notch backbone talent under the Shanxi "Sanjin Talents" Support Program. He serves as Dean of the School of Electrical and Power Engineering at Taiyuan University of Technology, Secretary-General of the Shanxi Society of Electrical Engineering, and Committee Member of the Electrical Theory and New Technology Specialized Committee of the Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering (CSEE). He is also a Steering Committee Member of the Electrical and Electronic Engineering Design Innovation Competition for Universities under the China Electrotechnical Society, a Council Member of the Chinese Society of Cryospheric Science, a Committee Member of the Polar Branch of the China Association of Marine Engineering Consultants, and a Member of the Polar Navigation and Equipment Specialized Committee of the Chinese Society of Navigation. He serves on the Editorial Board ofPolar Research (a Peking University core Chinese journal) and is Associate Editor-in-Chief ofShanxi Coal.His teaching and research focus on polar marine automated observation equipment and extreme environment power supply technology.
